ProbSync provides AI automation, web development, and content creation services. Deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in a project agreement or written statement of work.
Payment terms are defined in your project agreement. Work typically begins after an initial payment. Late payments can pause delivery until the account is current.
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. You keep ownership of your pre existing brand assets, content, and data.
We provide timelines based on the confirmed scope. Timelines can change due to delayed feedback, missing inputs, or third party dependencies. We will communicate changes as soon as they are known.
Each project includes a defined amount of revisions. Requests outside scope or beyond the included revisions may require additional time and fees. Major scope changes require updated written agreement.
We deliver work professionally and in good faith. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or conversion rates. Liability is limited to the project fee paid for the specific work.
Either party may cancel with written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Completed deliverables are provided after the final balance is cleared.
